Learn the basics of lactation as you prepare for the birth of your baby. Let us teach you all about breastfeeding/chestfeeding, including:

  • How often to feed your baby,
  • How to tell if your baby is eating,
  • How to manage sore nipples and engorgement,
  • How to manage milk storage,
  • And more!

Who should attend: 3rd trimester pregnant parents (2nd is okay)

We will teach you baby positioning, all about pumping, and discuss lactation must-haves. Don’t miss out! This class is limited to five pregnant parents and one support person per pregnant parent.

  • What to expect in the first 2 weeks
  • How to tell baby is getting enough to eat

Class Size: 5 couples (pregnant parent + one support person*, 10 people max)

Cost: $50 per couple
