Pure Barre x The Candy Dish Co. Pop Up Class

New to Pure Barre? Interested in trying a class and some sweets from the Candy Dish? We'd love to have you join us Saturday, October 1st at 8:30A!

Our class uses small or isometric movements to work your entire body. Class starts with a full body warm up, then moves to arms, thighs, seat [aka what we call the 🍑], abs, and finishes with a cool down stretch.

What to wear? We recommend athleisure leggings/pants and a comfortable top as well as socks [preferably grip ones if you have them!].

What to bring? Yoga mat, water bottle and a light set of weights if you'd like.

Join us after class for a shopping event! The Candy Dish sweets are not to be missed!

If this is your first Pure Barre pop-up please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get checked-in and grab your spot.
