Sacred space inclusivity & The love exchange:

This space is inclusive to those who identify as a woman, as well as non binary. The languaging used will be female facing.

There is no age limit to participate, all women & young women are welcome in the red tent. Mothers with babies are welcome to participate.

Feel free to invite your sisters, friends, aunts, cousins, etc. the red tent is a sacred space to deepen our bonds with each other.

We will be gathering in a comfortable & spacious home for the day, please bring a blanket, sitting pillow & journal. We encourage all women to show up feeling shame free in their expression. You are welcome to wear anything that makes you feel empowered & comfortable, even if that's an animal onesie or your favorite lingerie top. Clothing's optional, and we honor your right to body sovereignty and liberation.
