Hindus have been facing the onslaught of Islamic jihad for the past 1300 years. Apart from mass murders and loot, women and children have been taken as sex slaves by the jihadi invaders to multiply their numbers as enjoined by their religious injuctions. Even today, India faces an epidemic of Sex Jihad or Grooming Jihad, popularly called as Love Jihad, as a very potent tool of conversions for the ultimate goal of Ghazwa-e-Hind or complete Islamisation of India. The term Romeo Jihad or Grooming Jihad was first coined in the UK when the menace was first detected over two decades earlier in Rotherham.

The Dainik Jagran in June 2021, had stated that nearly 20,000 non-Muslim young women in India are becoming victims of Sex Jihad every year and converted to Islam after entrapment in fake romantic relationships. A miniscule 1% of the victims manage to file police complaints. Even these 1% cases are not reported by the mainstream media, when the details of the cases do manage to come out in the social media due to the relentless efforts of Hindu activists, it is brushed off as an attack on ‘inter-faith love’ by the jihad apologist mainstream media. Many of the victims are pushed into sex trade, even bundled off to Syria, Afghanistan as ISIS Brides and several end up dead in suitcases after torture.

Nevertheless, several BJP ruled States like UP, Uttarakhand, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Karnataka and Assam have enacted a law to curb this menace turning to pandemic proportions by strengthening the anti-conversion laws. The Kerala High Court had in a case before it accepted the existence of Sex Jihad as a vicious means to convert young gullible women. The film Conversion, first of its kind made in the world addressing the grave issue, is slated to be released on 22nd April, 2022.

The Hindu Seva Kendram (HSK) of Kerala has filed over 3000 habeas corpus cases for Sex Jihad cases and has sucessfully rescued scores of victims of Sex Jihad in Kerala. Dr. Vishwanath of the HSK analyses the matter in detail and formulates solutions for the same from the HSK experience and model to deal with Sex Jihad.

Dr Vishwanath is a Hindu activist focused on building self-reliance among impoverished communities. He works as the global coordinator for Hindu Seva Kendram, a registered charity that works to emancipate and empower Hindus in the state of Kerala. Dr.Vishwanath lives in the USA.
