I was inspired to put this event together to help educate people within my community about the benefits of self-care. Advocacy is the initial step towards change, and this is my way of asking you all to join me. My goal is to help you guys acknowledge that making yourself a priority is necessary! So this event is for us to refresh our mind, body, and spirit. It’s time to learn how to let go of the things that are disturbing your peace, and simply LOVE YOURSELF FIRST.
