A Reset for Healing

Join mindful living coach and trauma informed yoga instructor, Sarah Dutton, for a 2 hour experiential workshop that will teach you practical tools for resetting the nervous system. When we allow our bodies to reset we then can move towards a more relaxed state and ultimately healing the mind and body with a greater sense of ease.

We will weave together the principles of mindfulness, energy work, and essential oils as a group through practice and discussion. These modalities, when practiced regularly, can bring us towards a more fulfilling and healthful life.

PS: Please bring a journal and anything else that will make you feel cozy and comfortable.
