Join me for a soundbath experience inviting more calmness in your life. You will enjoy a sound bath with a variety of instruments including Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls. Our intention is to rebuild our resilience so we can be more present in life's moments. Offering a nurturing space for our body to focus its energy within for restoration instead of using its energy towards our external environment.

Group is limited to a total of 2 participants. Experience a soundbath in an intimate semi-private setting.

How to prepare:

• We provide a mat, pillow, and blanket. Feel free to bring anything that will feel more comfortable on the floor. (blanket, pillows, bolster, etc)
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Face Masks are not required, but welcomed if you are most comfortable
• Water
• Feel free to bring your own eye mask
• If you would like to bring your own yoga mat to add extra padding, you are welcome to do so.
• Soundwaves travel through air and water. Our bodies are made up of 70 to 80% of water. To optimize the benefits of sound therapy, please hydrate with water in the days leading up to your soundbath and the day of.
