I am delighted to present this sacred breathwork journey. We will be working closely with Raven medicine.

THE FLOW:

-Open circle & Sharing

-Talking about the power of breathwork

-Prepping body with dance

-Raven journey

-Breathwork

-Sharing & closing circle

WHAT TO BRING:

-Yoga mat

-Pillow for leg elevation and flat pillow for head (Your choice)

-Blanket

-Water

-Eye cover (this helps to shut out the external world)

-Anything else that you'd like for your comfort

NOTE* Please do not eat a heavy meal at least 2 hours prior to the session as it can cause discomfort when expanding your diaphragm. Also refrain from stimulants or drinking coffee 8 hours prior to the session. Mild green tea is ok in moderation.

This form of breathwork will take you into dream time through the power of conscious connected breath. A 3 part breath. inhaling through the nose with a deep belly expansion, moving it up through the lower and upper lungs and exhaling through the mouth. Nose inhales better support the parasympathetic system and regulate your entire body.

This 3 hour workshop is for you if you are ready to take a deep dive into your body and learn about your armouring system.

The Raven will also be teaching us transformation and letting go of fears. inner sourcing, adaptability and inborn gifts.

Regular breathwork practise can support you in various ways:
