Our sandalmaking workshops are a unique and gratifying experience for both tourists and locals on Maui. Learn about the history of our leather sandals, watch how the sandal press works, and immerse yourself in the sandalmaking process from start to finish. Each workshop is held inside our flagship store and refreshments are included. Our sandalmaker will discuss the history of sandalmaking and guide you through the sandalmaking process from choosing leather to lacing up your finished sandals.

We use the finest vegetable-tanned leather from the oldest tannery in America. It is chrome-free and it forms to your foot within the first couple of hours of wearing, making your sandals the most comfortable sandals on Earth. You will have the option to choose your leather lace color and from an assortmenmt of beads: crystal, wood, and nickel. You will leave with your own pair of custom leather sandals. This workshop is so fun; an event you don’t want to miss!
