FAQs

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash and most major credit and debit cards. There is also an ATM on site if needed.

Are children allowed at the event? We ask that parents shop solo if possible. However, we will not turn you away for lack of childcare. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and remain within arms reach. We ask that you do not allow children to play with consignors items that you do not intend to purchase.

What is a presale, and who is eligible to attend a presale? The presale is an opportunity to shop at Just Between Friends BEFORE we open to the general public. Presale Early Bird passes are open to the public and limited in quantity. These tickets must be purchased online. Community presale passes are reserved for select groups in honor of their help making the sale a success, stage of life, or for their contribution to our community.

Who all needs a ticket? Anyone over the age of 15 needs a ticket.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You can show us your ticket on your phone or bring your printed ticket.

What is the refund policy? Tickets are not refundable and transferrable. All merchandise purchased at the sale is FINAL, no returns or exchanges.

What if I miss my ticket time? You can shop anytime after your ticket. Your pass will also get you in free any other day of the sale except the 1/2 price presale.

Will I be asked to leave when the next ticket time arrives? No, we do not kick shoppers out of the venue.

Do I need to bring my own bags/wagon? We will have bags/carts available on a first come first served basis. If you are more comfortable bringing your own, please do!

What is the half off sale? During the half-price times many of the remaining items are marked for an additional half-off their tagged price. Any item with a star on the tag will remain full price.

How often does this event happen? We host this huge community sale every spring and fall.

Where are you located? The sale is held at the Taylor County Fairgrounds in the Big Country Hall. The venue is acros from the Abilene Zoo and is marked by the big purple flags. 1801 ES 11th St. is the GPS address or 1700 TX 36 as shown in the map below.

What about COVID? As always, we are doing all we can to keep families safe as they shop and sell with us. This includes monitoring the number of people in the building, frequent cleaning adn hand washing/sanitizing, providing sanitizing options for shoppers, and encouraging the use of face masks.
