Class Description

Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this Mindful Warrior class is intended to support you in stepping into your power by cultivating body awareness, becoming one with your best self, and deepening your connection with your yoga practice. By stepping outside your comfort zone and allowing yoga to work its magic, you can reap the benefits of balancing your mind, releasing stress, and elevating your energy. By utilizing yoga as the vessel, Edwin intends to share the yogi tools that will best equip you on your life journey.

About the Instructor

As a lifelong practitioner and teacher of martial science, Edwin is committed to creating conditions that will support you in discovering your best self. He first crossed paths with yoga as part of his martial arts training and was immediately yoga-Ed. In addition to being a RYT 200 yoga instructor, he is also a 4th degree Purple Belt in Jiujitsu, USA Boxing Coach, Legacy Ambassador for Lululemon, and Ambassador for York Athletics MFG.

Seaport Sweat classes are equipment-free. If you would like a mat, you are welcome to bring one with you to class.

Before registering and attending class, please ensure you have read and understand this Release and Waiver and accept and agree to the terms and provisions contained in this Release.
