Our live, online home buying workshops are held over two evenings and are hosted by our counselors via Zoom with plenty of time to answer your questions about the homebuying process. Join from your computer or mobile phone.

This workshop will take place over two days: Tuesday, April 19th and Thursday, April 21st, 2022, 5-8 P.M. via your cell phone or computer. You are required to attend both sections. The workshop will have important and necessary information in both sections. We encourage you to participate actively and interact with us! We will do attendance checks in both sections so you qualify to receive your certificate of completion of the 6 hour workshop.

This is the first step in the home buying process. Learn about real estate, lending, inspections, down payment programs and much more! This workshop will qualify you for Maryland State and Baltimore City down payment and closing cost assistance programs. No documents needed for the workshop.
