For decades, the world has felt the impact that women business owners contribute to the daily economy and communities. She Biz, a Virtual Conference for women, will celebrate women in business on National Entrepreneurship Day, an annual day occurring on the third Tuesday of November that honors people who have built an empire from absolutely nothing. The day, filled with panel discussions and workshops, will spark intriguing conversations while sharing knowledge to help women business owners stay on the path to success.

One means for realizing a dream lies in the opportunities offered through entrepreneurship. However, this dream will not be complete without targeted efforts that enable Black women entrepreneurs to grow and sustain their businesses. She Biz will focus on these women positioned to play an increasingly visible and essential role in the United States' political and economic future, particularly with the election of the first Black woman vice president and the widespread call for change embodied in the Movement for Black Lives. Never before has been such potential for Black women to elevate their voice as they work to achieve social and economic equality.

To acknowledge the growth of black female-owned businesses and provide a safe space to share information from thriving women business owners, With an Eye PR, a woman-owned business is the producer of She Biz along with The Lea Pearl Group, Inc. as co-producer. The event is part of their She's Powerful initiative to champion women's empowerment. Panelists and guest speakers are respected, well-known, minority women business owners in the Chicago Market and abroad. The ladies will join to provide tips, give professional advice, and inspire other women to be their best in business.
