Discover the power of forest bathing! Founded in the 1980s in Japan to help promote good health and wellness, forest bathing is a wholeness practice that can revitalize us while reconnecting us to our more-than-human world.

During the talk, Trek Reef will lead us through some practices we can incorporate into our daily lives - whether on a nearby nature trail or in our own backyards.
