CLASS TIME: To enjoy the full experience please arrive 15 minutes early.

Furthermore, I HEREBY: Release, discharge and promise not to sue Rose Ventures DBA Tea Rose Scrub Bar and/ or Tiffani Rouse under its own name or any other name and/or any of its owners, officers, employees, instructors, and agents (hereinafter, “Releases”) of any loss, liability, damage, injury or cost that may arise out of my use of supplies materials, alcohol and food at 5931 McCallum Street Philadelphia PA 19144 and I voluntarily assume the risk and danger of injury using such materials, supplies and consumption of alcohol & food. This includes slippery surfaces from oil, fragrances clean-up, transportation to and from workshop, and use of the skincare products used thereafter. Understand that as a “Sip n Scrub” we provide wine and have the right to stop serving you under any circumstances. You hereby declare you are at least 21 years of age. have been encouraged to take a taxi or carpool if I will be drinking alcohol, and I assume all risk for my actions while under the influence of alcohol. Understand that Tea Rose Scrub Bar may take photographs and/or video during class and that these may be used for marketing. Unless verbally communicated before workshop starts.

WHAT TO BRING: Just yourself, all supplies are provided by us.

REFUND/CANCELLTION POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

Our studio is unfortunately not fully wheelchair accessible so contact us if you have questions on what we can accommodate.

We reserve the right to cancel events for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified at least 24 hours prior to event time (when circumstances allow) and refunds will be processed.

PLEASE NOTE: IF AN EVENT DOES NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT RESERVATIONS, THE EVENT MAY BE CANCELLED AND A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
