Extra, extra! Read all about it! Join us on Thursday, August 18 at 10AM or 11AM for a new mail-themed story time with local children’s bookstore owner Edith Johnson! ✉️📫

Edith will read stories about writing letters, then lead the group in an activity about writing and sending their own mail! You can write to a friend, family member or even the person sitting next to you! Stamps, envelopes and all the fun writing tools will be provided. This is a ton of fun for the entire family and all are welcome!

We are super excited to welcome Edith to the shop for Mail Story Time! Edith is the owner of Sunrise Bookstore in Portland. She’s a mother of three and passionate about connecting kids with inspirational books and creating spaces where genuine community can thrive.
