About This Class

In this session we will have an opportunity to engage in a powerful, prompt-fueled free-writing exercise, followed by (optional) reading of your work out loud, open mic style, to the class.

What You Will Need

Writing journal or writing app, and willingness to participate.

What You Will Learn

• How to work past your inner editor with a quick, free-write exercise.
• How to confidently get in front of a (virtual) audience and share.
• To build and refine your craft by simply writing.

About Phynne~Belle

Phynne~Belle is a San Francisco Bay Area poet, writer, and one of the hosts of The Poetry Global Network’s web shows,as well as the creator of Phynnecabulary Online Open Mic & Podcast.

In 2021, she had her poetry included in two poetry anthologies, “Sinew: Ten Years of Poetry in the Brew,” and The Bronx Memoir Project Anthology Vol. V. Phynne has one poetry collection out titled, “Some Days, Here.”

She is passionate about crafting events and programs that make the literary arts accessible widely.
