Soft Stick lacrosse is non-contact and simplified to introduce the sport to children. We provide sticks but some athletes choose to bring their own. Every lacrosse player will get a reversible jersey to keep.

Each week we will build on the skills previously learned and will work up to small-sided scrimmages.

Sessions are every Monday, 5:30-6:30, at Rec Park. Paying for one session gives you membership to all the sessions.

All players must be members of USA Lacrosse. Go to https://www.usalacrosse.com/membership to sign-up. Membership is good for one year and provides many benefits.
