Beautiful all levels class. Lisa and Ava modify all poses and classes for who shows up. We will start on the sand on our mats and stretch sitting and/or laying down, then work our way to standing and go through sun salutations. We will have fun with creative poses and lots of ways to challenge yourself or make the poses more accessible. Classes are light hearted and end with oils and meditation. Email Lisa and Ava at Groovylotusyoga@gmail.com with any questions. Every week we meet here, on the sand. Parking Lot Field 1. Walk past the concession stands onto the boardwalk. You will see Lisa and/or Ava on the sand with mats. Lisa and Ava meet all yoga clients on the boardwalk by the entrance to the stairs and the sand. credits given for weather. Refunds are given to any classes instructors cancel not weather related. We are flexible with our credit/refund policy and will be respectful..just like yoga! Refunds will not be given for no shows or for those who cancel within 12 hours of class., only Credits will be given in those cases. We will email/text or message you day of the class if it is cancelled or postponed due to weather. Credits are good for all summer and Fall classes!
