13 years of age and older are welcome to experience a unique journey through sound. Sound Healer, Jessica, begins the session with intention setting and a guided meditation. Following is the use of seven crystal quartz sound bowls to soothe and ground participants into the present moment followed by a 32" Gaia the Gong to break energetic blockages and further relax the listeners. Lastly, various chimes to are playfully used to evoke peace and harmony and gently reawaken the body and mind. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
