KJ and Jamie join for a collaborative healing journey. This experience is filled with intention sharing, sacred cacao chocolate, gratitude cards, yoga, and vibrational sound healing.

KJ will guide us through a restorative yoga practice. Jamie will accompany the flow by sharing vibrations of crystal quartz and Himalayan bowls into harmonies that help create balance, stress-release, and inner-peace.

Together, they guide a journey where we get in touch with the mind and body, creating a blissful experience and empowerment.

No yoga experience necessary for this offering. Please bring a mug for cacao, yoga mat, and a blanket and pillow (or another folded blanket) to use for the sound bath portion. Pleasd make sure to wear//bring layers in case it gets chilly.
