Lucas is a Reiki Master Teacher trained in Traditional Usui Reiki, which is a Japanese energy healing.

Lucas also uses guided meditation and breath to help you remove physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual blockages. Then he uses crystal bowls to raise your vibration and consciousness so you can enter into your own state of healing.

Prior to sound sessions, Lucas will charge the crystal bowls with Reiki energy, so that Reiki infused sound is entering into your body, mind, and soul. Helping you to create one space, with one purpose, and connecting you to one source.
