Our Classes Start ON TIME - if you arrive more than 10 minutes late you can reschedule your class.

You will be contacted via email FROM ABOVE AVERAGE CANDLE STUDIO to confirm your reservation/ticket. If your class is sold out (because of bookings via other online channels - this rarely happens), you will be offered a FULL REFUND. Our Team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your booking/reservation/ticket. If you are unable to attend your class for any reason (this includes tardiness), you will be issued a credit to reschedule.
