Join Lynne Nicole and a wonderful group of people to experience both the energy and calm Qigong will bring into your life! Learn new powerful and effective self-care tools to relieve stress while creating a closer connection to your body's wisdom and your healer within.

Qigong Classes will be held on Sundays 10am-11am. You can sign up for one class and come to Qigong for 4 weeks.

Sunday Class will include the 4 baskets of Qigong Practice.

2. Movement

3.Self-Massage

4.Meditation

We will do tapping, shaking like a tree, and walking meditation. We will lubricate our joints, do some light stretching and learn beautiful qigong forms such as the 7 precious gestures, the 5 Treasures, The Healing Sounds and more!
