State Records' Research Centre is open by appointment Tuesday to Thursday for two sessions each day. Session times are 9:30am to 12:30pm and 1:00pm to 4:00pm. Records you wish to view must be pre-ordered before your visit. On the day ordering of records is not available.

An appointment is required for every person visiting the Research Centre, including children.

Once you have booked an appointment and received your ticket, please email us at SRSAPublicAccess@sa.gov.au with your order making sure all references are full and correct. Please place your pre-orders for records at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to ensure your records will be available on the day. A maximum of 10 records can be ordered per appointment.
