Stop People Pleasing Now!

Description

Do you find that you always say yes to other people and not yourself?

How many times have you wanted to say no and stopped yourself?

What is stopping you from using your voice for what you want?

What if today was the day that you said yes to yourself? You said yes to taking a girl's trip, you said yes to having a spa day, and you said yes to changing careers. What image comes to mind thinking about those changes? It is excellent to think about those things, but we also need to look at why aren’t you taking the actions just to do it. What stops you from saying no to your kids, no to your boss, and no to your partner?

If you are ready to say yes to yourself and set boundaries for yourself and the people around you, join me for an interactive 90-minute workshop on 10/10 at 7 PM.

We’ll work through the following:

* Ten steps to building confidence

* Envision your dream life so you can go to bed every night feeling joyful.

* Get clear on why it's important to YOU.

* Create the action steps so that you know where to focus your attention

This is the time to set boundaries to create the life you want. Register today!

My name is Nneka Oliphant, and I am an Inspirational Coach. I help professional women gain clarity and build the confidence needed for the life they love. As your coach, I offer a 90-minute call where we do a deep dive and discuss life, including where you are currently and where you see yourself in the future. I also provide tools and resources to monitor your progress. I have a 6-month engagement where we will meet once a week for 60 minutes to discuss your goals and the progress made.

A little bit about me—As I was approaching my 40s, I started to feel this desire to focus on myself. For most of my life, I had been taking care of others, from my siblings when we were kids to raising my son as a single parent. As a single parent, I had to be responsible for all aspects of his life, from ensuring he had a roof over his head to providing food on the table and ensuring he was raised with morals and being a good human. It was my sole responsibility to care for a child; at that time, I seemed to be a child. Who else can relate to having a child early in life when I have barely lived one myself? Reflecting on my life, I realized I never knew what it felt like to focus solely on my needs. But as my son was transitioning into college, I started asking myself what did I want? What did I need? And I found that I couldn't answer those questions. Honestly, I felt stuck.

One day, I was on a yoga mat and consistently showed up to it. In that process, I found that yoga allowed me the freedom to open my mind, my heart, and my body to new possibilities.

In 2019, I decided to become a trained yoga professional. I knew that just a few months later; we would move from in-person training to complete my certification in a virtual setting due to the pandemic. Saying "yes" felt liberating. I allowed myself to go after what I wanted.

During that same process, I started to yearn for more...so I attended personal development & emotional intelligence training and eventually joined an ICF Certified Life Coach program. I’m not big into titles or certifications, but just in case, you are.

With my life and work experience, I have always been passionate about empowering women to stand in their power to use their voices. Isn’t it time to say what you want and confidently go for it? I know you may not even have an idea for your life because I was once in that space. While working with you, we will work together to find your vision and pathway for your next adventure in life.

Have you said yes to any of these questions? Are you ready to see some changes in your life for you?
