Strength & Conditioning Semi-Private Class (Women-Only)

Description

This class focuses on learning proper mechanics when it comes to building strength and weightlifting. Alongside working on your cardiovascular system to with conditioning circuits. Be apart of a close knit group females who will challenge you to reach your fitness goals.

Tuesdays target muscle: BACK

Thursdays target muscle: GLUTES lower half muscles as well

Class size: 2-4

All levels are welcomed. Class is programmed for beginners to advance
