Stress Less Boxing and Mental Fitness Class

Punches N Bunches Boxing Studio in collaboration with Eric D. Capehart aka Eric The Counselor is hosting a series of Boxing + Mental Fitness focused classes. In the first class "Stress Less" you will discover exercises that are stress specific with power based boxing drills designed to decrease your level of cortisol (the stress hormone).

Futhermore, it's no secret that exercise is proven to boost mental health, and now we know that boxing training may hold even more benefits for the mind. During a boxing workout, you are focusing not only on each hit to the bag, but also the form of your body and your breathing. In other words boxing is a great mindfulness activity. For anyone who has ever tried a boxing workout, you know you are thinking of nothing else in that moment.
