About the Workshop

As a society we were already stressed and burnt out before the pandemic hit us. As we emerge from this, our collective stress is at an all-time high. The consequences of unabating stress on us physically and mentally are enormous and should be deemed the Silent Killer.

Whilst we cannot remove the stress and pressures of daily life, we can learn tactics and strategies that support us through those times so they don't build up to a point where we collapse in a heap unable to function.

This workshop is being recorded live as part of a paid course (valued at $690AUD) that will be offered exclusively on Balance the Grind, a work-life balance publication.

Attendees will have the opportunity to participate for free whilst gaining the knowledge, techniques and tools that help them to step through life's challenges with a little more calm, no matter what they're facing.
