Description

Stress is a catalyst for many issues such as trouble sleeping, inability to focus, or other physical health problems. This workshop introduces movement techniques to ease physical and mental symptoms of stress through movement. Whether due to health concerns or the myriad of other factors we each struggle with, fear and worry can manifest in the body.
