Stress Relaxation through Meditation

Dear All,

We are going to conduct an introductory online meditation session every Saturday, between 10:00 am-11:00 am. There is no prior requirement or equipment such as floor mat etc. needed for this meditation session. Each class includes an introduction to the basics and guided meditation, so you are welcome to attend whenever it's convenient. You will be able to start meditating at home from the day you attend the class. Just come to the online class and enjoy the peace. Please note all sessions and course material are free.
