Sunday Ritual at Antone's is a weekly class from 10-11:30a in the upstairs gallery of Antone's in downtown Austin, TX. This is a 90-min Vinyasa flow practice for all levels of practitioner. Our signature class is music driven, guided through alignment, breath, and rhythmic flow. Please bring your own mat, towel, and water.
