Sunday Yoga Flow

Class Description:

This class focuses on syncing breath to movement while creating healthy anatomical alignment within the body. You'll be guided through functional flows and encouraged to play with your own organic movements. There will be times of challenge to either try a new pose or stay in one that feels new or difficult. Meditation, visualization & EFT (tapping) will be incorporated in these classes sometimes as well. All-levels.

What you will need:

A yoga mat (or a comfortable spot on your floor, if you do not own a mat) as well as possibly 1-2 blankets and a pillow nearby.
