Sundays Workout in the Park

Description

I am a certified personal trainer, and I specialize in group training, individual training, sports specific training, and post-injury/illness training. I want to motivate and encourage as many individuals as possible to live better lifestyles and make positive changes to their routines. Every Sunday, I will be hosting a free group workout session to introduce this lifestyle change to individuals and give you an opportunity to work towards your goals. I look forward to hearing from many people who would love to get started working towards their goals.

I look forward to seeing a great turnout. P.s there are limited spaces for every workout of 25 guests at the park due to the pandemic. I highly suggest bringing a workout mat, workout gloves, a sweat towel, water, and most importantly ENERGY!
