This class includes simple to follow movements that provide powerful results. We target your Hips, Glutes, Thighs, Chest, Core, and much more.
Come ready to Sweat, Tone, and , De-Stress . We infuse, Cardio, Weights, Boxing, HiiT, and Boot Camp moves.
Modifications are demonstrated during class (All are welcome).
Recommended Items: Water, Mat, and Dumbbells (water bottles) are optional.
