SKY Campus Happiness is a comprehensive well-being and resilience program designed to help students, faculty and staff achieve their fullest potential. In this 40 minutes live interactive session we will share:

  • how to overcome from mind wandering
  • a powerful breathing technique
  • a guided meditation

Our inspiration

We are an open space to drop in and find calm. Knowing the benefits of breath-work and meditation we love to share these tools with more and more people.

Come to a SKY Happiness Retreat. SKY Happiness Retreat is a holistic well-being program taught over 3 consecutive days (3 sessions, offered on campus and online)

Includes:

  • SKY Breath Meditation
  • Evidence-based breathwork techniques
  • Social connection
  • Mindful leadership and light yoga

SKY Breath Meditation and the 3-session Retreat have been shown in research to significantly reduce anxiety and depression, lower stress markers, and increase wellbeing, focus, improved sleep, optimism, and social connection.

Participants report an increased ability to stay calm, confident and resilient amidst challenges, increased levels of social connection and feelings of inclusion, and less suicidal feelings.
