This installment will feature Lyman Hall, author of The Stewards of West River: A Maryland Family During the American Revolution. A soldier, a prisoner of war, a hero – one of Maryland’s sons. Hear about John Steward, an Army Lieutenant, who served with the elite Maryland Line and fought in consequential battles throughout the American Revolution including Long Island, South Carolina, and Yorktown. Following the lecture, enjoy light refreshments and a tour of the Inn including the newly restored second floor.
