Want to learn how to lift weights safely to get fitter and stronger? Join us for a workout form clinic with The BBR Coaches to master your form!

We will be separating into small breakout rooms with our coaches to review your form, so you’ll get LOTS of individualized help to make your form perfect. 🥰

You'll learn proper form for: Squats, deadlifts, pushups, bent over rows, and planks

At the end, we'll apply everything you learn in an actual workout to get you sweating.

Equipment needed: Dumbbells OR weight alternatives such as two water bottles or medium soup cans (yes, really! Those can work).
