This class is designed to cover all aspects of the childbirth experience. We offer information on the following topics: pregnancy, labor, vaginal delivery, cesarean section, and newborn care. Labor management techniques include: exercise, relaxation, breathing, and pharmacologic pain management.

Please register for this class using the e-mail you will use to login to the Zoom meeting. Once registered you will receive an email through Eventbrite with the Zoom Meeting information. All classes will be private to those who register but are welcomed to be viewed by support person & family members.
