It is pretty easy (in this market) to get a Listing Under Contract, if it is priced right. However, the focus of this course is to help you avoid the PITFALLS that come along with being a LISTING AGENT. In this class we discuss how to handle issues and scenarios (using real life examples), examine all aspects of the full transactions , SO YOU CAN AVOID THE UNFORESEEN DIFFICULTIES AND ISSUES that can arise in any transaction. Giving real life scenarios, we discuss different avenues to take when certain issues arrive so you can be prepared to avoid or handle them.

The course is available for four (4) Continuing Education (CE) credits.

Continuing Education Credits: 4 Hours – YOU MUST have video capability and have it on during the class to get CE credit and must be actively participating. No driving, showings homes or other distractions are allowed to receive CE Credit.
