THE DUCKIES: DJ COMPETITION 1st Annual 2022 Presented by OAHU BOAT CRUISES

This event will be OBC's 1st friendly dj competition between local djs that perform at all of our favorite local businesses in Hawaii.

OBC proudly invites and challenges the TOP djs to throw down their best 15 min set in 2022. Mix, Scratch, Beat juggle, Blend, Slam, Drop, Cue, Wordplay, Sample...and any other techniques that you want to use... go CRAZY.

"WOW" the crowd. They are the judges!

- 1st PLACE $500 CASH

- DUCKIE TROPHY GOES TO THE WINNER "BRAGGING RIGHTS UNTIL NEXT YEARS EVENT"

- Swag bag of goods from OBC to the WINNER!

What's the catch?

To enter the event, the dj has to sell 5 tickets for the cruise that you will be performing on.

Think of it as every dj has home field advantage because you get to bring your peeps to support you.

Thats 8 DJS from local businesses in Hawaii.

15 min sets

2 hours of boat cruising on the Prince Kuhio.

40 tickets sold to the djs friends, family, and entourage.

40 tickets sold to the general public.

**OBC may incease general public tickets**.

The gear will be set up.

All you have to do is bring your gig bag.

This event is a DJ COMPETITION FOR LOCAL DJS THAT PLAY AT LOCAL HAWAIIAN BUSINESSES.

Come join us on one of our vessels, the 100ft Ship, PRINCE KUHIO

No dress code.

BYOB

(Suggestion: wear comfortable clothes for dancing and stay cool.)

ONLY ONE OBC RESIDENT DJ CAN ENTER THIS EVENT AND WILL BE ANNOUNCED WHEN ALL SLOTS HAVE BEEN FILLED FOR THE EVENT.

That leaves 7 spots left for local djs to enter.

Departure will be at Kewalo Basin Harbor in Honolulu.

Boarding: 1:30PM

Departure: 2:00PM
