This workshop is centered around identifying when you abandon yourself and the boundary (the line) between you and everyone else in your life, why it matters, and how it can guide you to stay grounded in who you are, practice discernment, and live in Full Expression!
The 2-hour workshop dives into what the Line of Self-Abandonment is, how it impacts your life and relationships, and how to shift your pattern away from focusing on others and finding your way back to YOU. Participants learn to understand what it means, how to know when you're crossing your line, how to reckon with the shame of recognizing your pattern, and how to practice discernment. There is an opportunity for collaborative discussion and questions.
