ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL/NO EXCHANGES. NO RESCHEDULING/ Due to COVID regulations, and to ensure you get the best experience at The Haus Of Luna, we have a limited amount of tickets available per time slot. Once you buy your ticket, that is the time slot you've purchased, therefore, it becomes unavailable to other guests. Please be mindful of this and be on time.

BE ON TIME/ Your ticket entitles you to a 30-minute time slot from the time marked on your ticket. If you are 10 minutes late, you will only have 20 minutes left. Our staff needs to sanitize common areas before the next group comes in so if you come earlier, you will have to wait outside at the door until the Haus is ready to welcome the new group.

DRESS CODE/ Up you, of course! But costumes, crazy patterns, monochromatic outfits are encouraged for a better Instagrammable experience.

SAFETY is our top priority. The Haus Of Luna is following all state and local regulations for indoor/outdoor events, including reduced capacity, hand sanitizers, and face masks required indoors. Our staff will also be wearing face masks (indoors and out) because we take care of each other.
