WHAT TO EXPECT:
Join us on a highly vibrational inward journey where Techies + Wellness Founder, Jamie Cabaccang will guide you on an immersive sound healing experience through meditation, mantras and vibrational frequencies that will leave you filled with bliss. In this session, Jamie will be using her one-of-a-kind crystal alchemy singing bowls, Shamanic drum, flute, tuning forks, chimes, harmonium and vocal tones.

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?
A Sound Bath is an immersive experience that intentionally uses waves of sound that carries vibration to slow down brainwaves into a restorative state, activating powerful self-healing within the mind, body and spirit. Sound is a universal language with ancient roots in cultures all over the world using sound and music for healing.
The sounds during a Sound Bath are an invitation to journey into a deeper state of consciousness as an opportunity to gain perspective on what's going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep relaxation, restoration and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
We are an inclusive community and welcome all compassionate beings who are ready to receive the vibrational healing frequencies:

Healing is very personal. Everyone has had different experiences in their life which directly affect their energy system. We are here to support you in your journey of rebirth and creating a life that aligns with your authentic self and greater purpose. You do not have to be in tech to join.
WHAT TO BRING:
It is necessary to bring a yoga mat, blankets for warmth and pillow for your comfort. We will not be providing these.
Optional: You can also bring an eye mask, water bottle, sacred object for intention setting and journal.
ARRIVAL:
Event is 3:00-4:30pm. Doors open at 2:45pm. Arrive early to check-in and set up your space. We will be starting PROMPTLY at 3:00pm.
THE VENUE & PARKING:
South Bellevue Community Center is located in Bellevue, WA. We will be in the large community room overlooking a panoramic view of beautiful trees. Parking is plentiful and free!
COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS:
As a result of the global health concerns, we are limiting the max group size to allow for adequate space in between participants and since we are in a much larger event venue, we want to be inclusive to all and provide a mask-optional environment. Please note, all participants must sign a liability waiver as we do with all our events. By purchasing your ticket, you voluntarily agree to assume all risks involved and release Techies + Wellness from any and all liabilities, claims, demands or injuries while participating in this event.
If you have any COVID symptoms or have been exposed to COVID in the past 14 days, we ask that you stay at home. Techies + Wellness can cancel your ticket with a full refund at any time for COVID related reasons.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you are unable to attend, 48 hour advanced notice is required for a full refund. Anything less than 48 hours will not be refunded unless you have COVID, symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has COVID within the last 14 days. Your integrity is also a practice of being compassionate for others.
