The Strategic Leader: Vision, Mission, Planning

The Strategic Leader understands the importance of Vision, Mission, and a well thought out Strategic Plan. They take the necessary time and steps to assemble and involve others - creating a team to thoughtfully take on these efforts and then diligently seek to implement them. Learn to craft your Vision and Mission statements and bring organization and structure to your planning and strategy.

This class will meet Online from 9 AM - 12Noon EST

Time: Each class is 3 hours in length, and classes are held bi-monthly on Saturday mornings. Enrollment also includes a post-class one-on-one coaching session.
