The Garden District Book Shop is thrilled to host Jonathan Martin and Alexander Burns for an event celebrating the release of , “This Will Not Pass: Trump, Biden and the Battle for America’s Future” on May 14. “This Will Not Pass” is the shocking, definitive account of the 2020 election and the first year of the Biden presidency by two New York Times reporters, exposing the deep fissures within both parties as the country approaches a political breaking point.

The doors will open at 5:00 PM and the evening will start with a welcome reception followed by a moderated discussion between Martin, Burns and fellow author Walter Isaacson. Following the discussion, Martin and Burns will be available to meet with guests and personalize books.
