Tips to Improve focus in children through Yoga and Breathwork

Join us for a 90 min FREE workshop on how you can improve focus, postivity and self esteem in children and teens through:

Breathwork: Regulated breathing exercises have proven to help calm nervous system improving focus.

Meditation: Helps brain development and improve analystical skills.

Yoga: Increases stamina, strength and  resilience.

This is a experiental workshop for both parents and children where you will be led through breathwork, yoga and guided meditation  You will also find out more about upcoming youth workshops for children and teens offered by the world renowned Art of Living Foundation and will have the oppurtunity to sign up.

Children 8 and above are welcome to join with parents. Please register them.
