RANDY FREED - Randy began selling real estate 2 weeks after graduating from the University of California, Davis. In the 1980's and early 1990's, Randy owned and operated one of the largest real estate companies in the Santa Ynez Valley. In 1993, Randy expanded his business by moving to Santa Barbara. A consistent top producer, Randy is in the top 2% of all Berkshire Hathaway Realtors nationwide and is a member of Berkshire's Chairman's Circle Gold Club.
SEAN WORK - In just 4 years in the industry, Sean was identified by the Wall Street Journal as the 95th ranked agent in the nation for closed homes. That same year, Sacramento Bee named him the 5th ranked agent in Northern California. He's been featured on the HGTV show "House Hunters," has closed 720+ transactions, and served as the business coach and CEO of Keller Williams in San Carlos.

ROBERT WARNER - Mr. Warner has served as CFO and head of the Residential Real Estate Division of Warrior Financial Group since October 2021. Prior to that Robert was hired by the founder of Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty in the San Francisco Bay Area to serve as a Global Real Estate Advisor. He first entered the world of real estate in 2007, when he took a position as Director of Finance at Tamarack Resort, a Four Season ski, lake and golf resort development in the Idaho Rockies with over 2,000 permitted homesites and two entire “Villages” of commercial and hotel development sites. His duties at the resort included overseeing $380 million of equity and debt investment to achieve an outside valuation of over $2 billion.
DARIA NIKOLAEVA - Daria has an entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building trusted relationships across a global network. Her extensive experience and in-depth knowledge in strategic marketing and online state of the art techniques provide her clients with a seamless and worry-free experience. Before beginning her real estate career, Daria founded SourceSEM and has worked with many early-stage tech startups and small businesses across multiple industries.
MATTHEW MA - Matthew Ma is an Investor, Syndicator, Coach, and Founder of Agent Hustle Network, Avant Asset Management, Avant Real Estate Group, and The Truth About Real Estate Podcast. Started investing in San Francisco Real Estate at 25. With a background in tech, cyber security, marketing, lending, and 1031 exchanges, Matthew brings a wealth of knowledge to help agents scale their businesses.
