Trail Tykes: A Program for Little Explorers

Description

Created by the Mission Trails Regional Park Foundation for children 2-5 years old, Trail Tykes includes a children’s story read aloud, and a craft/activity or short guided walk. This free program for children and their families takes place at 10AM at the Mission Trails Regional Park Visitor Center every second and fourth Sunday and Monday of the month. Each event runs approximately one hour and each session can accommodate up to 25 children. When registering, reserve only for the number of children in your group.

Please meet in the Visitor Center lobby, and the group will head outdoors to the amphitheater or stay indoors if it's too hot or rainy. Facial coverings are recommended indoors but not required. The MTRP Visitor Center is located at 1 Father Junipero Serra Trail, San Diego, CA, 92119. Questions? Email MTRP Foundation Lead Educator Alissa Lustgarten at alustgarten@mtrp.org.

If you register and cannot attend, please cancel your reservation to allow others to enjoy the program. Thank you!

Trail Tykes is organized and facilitated by the Mission Trails Regional Park Foundation and supported through the generosity of MTRP Foundation donors.
