This bootcamp workout is designed to push your limits. You will increase your strength using bodyweight movements and equipment like slam balls, TRX, and dumbbells.
Date and time?
Every Sunday starting July 24th at 10am sharp!
Guests arriving 5 minutes after class starts must complete 10 burpees after class ends!
What should I bring?
Please just bring yourself, a positive attitude, a bottle of water and wear comfortable sneakers. It’s going to be a blast!
Meet your trainer - Wayne Mordelle Jr
Wayne’s passion for fitness began when he was a kid, participating in basketball, baseball, taekwondo, hockey, soccer, you name it! He went to school in Michigan to master his craft and has been in personal health/nutrition since! Wayne’s been a fitness trainer for 13 years!
